Understanding the basic components of Art, the Elements of Art and the Principles of Design are the gateway to successful artistic creation. This class will lead the participant through a series of informative and engaging art projects that will build personal knowledge and confidence in the use of the elements of art including line, texture, movement, space, texture. Class taught by art educator Mary Hendrix. Hendrix holds a bachelor’s degree in art from East Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in teaching from the University of South Carolina. Ages 15 and up. Supplies and equipment provided.
Class must meet a minimum of 5 students to hold. In the case of a cancellation, students will receive a full refund of their purchase.
